The best upright bike made

Most of the bikes available in the market today offer only upper body workout whereas I wanted to have something better that could help total body cardio workout. My personal trainer suggested that I order this StairMaster Zephyr upright bike because it featured dual action wind resistance for lower and upper body workout. I also liked the large seat, comfortable back pad and the LED display so much that it proved to be a memorable deal for me.

Works both upper and lower body

The prime reason I purchased it because of unique combination of both upper and lower body exercise in the same machine.
