If your looking for a basic stability ball

I was looking for a safer means by which to lose weight thanks to God that I found SPRI exercise ball TM. These are not easily deflated, therefore I will recommend this at least once. These are heavy duty imposed upon them which is one its negative aspect.

Just got this stability ball today, I ordered it 2 weeks ago. I saw it in the training club I go to but I found it very easy to workout from home now that I've ordered it.
