Dual handled medicine balls are good for isolation training

The dual handle equipments are more comfortable if you want an exercise tool which provides a comfortable grip. Dual Grip Xerball-8 LB are more expensive than the Xerball-6 LB. You can do different types of exercise by its means; it has a textured surface which is the key feature you must look for before buying it.
