I liked it among all other exercising balls as The SPRI Dual Grip Xerball PBDG-14R has an easy grip and is accurately weighted Medicine Ball. It provides me a comfortable and safer grip. Its dual handle design offers me a complete range of movement to be done in several ball exercises and trainings.

You can really work up a sweat with this

Impressed by the reviews about this SPRI medicine ball, I went on to order this ball online about a month ago and they delivered it very quickly. But, I could not start exercising with it for next 2 weeks because I fell off the bike and got scratches at my hands. Finally after recovering from that nightmare, I am able to do a variety of motions and workouts with this medicine ball that is simply a fabulous training partner.
