I got this SPRI Xerball medicine ball delivered last week and I was satisfied with the way it was built and the dual handle to provide easy and strong grip. Now I use it regularly to do motion and other traditional medicine ball exercises. The thick walls ensure better durability and instruction sheet will guide you further.

This medicine ball is the best

This weighted ball provides a comfortable grip, thus you can comfortably hold it all the time when doing various exercises. This ball is safer, durable and has a long life. You can do a number of exercises with this ball.
