The perfect body conditioner

I have tried SPRI Xerball MED-4R Medicine Ball and it has proved to be a perfect solution for my upper and lower body conditioning and toning exercises. Its high rubber content offers me a great bounce and the textured surface is quite suitable for a comfortable grip.
