Wobble boards are great for strengthening ankles and knees, helping to prevent against sprains and common injuries. Wobble boards can also increase balance, coordination and core strength stability. By utilizing the unstable aspect of the board, the boards can be used to strengthen the entire body and not just limited to lower body exercises.
This slightly beveled round bottom board provides multi-plane circular movement. The 15" round, 1/2" thick board has an angular displacement of 14 degrees for more advanced balance training. Non-skid surface and instruction sheet included.
