Simple but Effective!

This helped me in mobility training, motor skill training and standing stability training. Though it is simple but it is very effective. I also improved my stamina, strength and co-ordination by using this.

Balance and comfort combined

I've seen this balance pad in my fitness club when I used to go there regularly. But I did not know that one day I will have to buy it for my home use as well. Unfortunately, I had to undergo a back surgery after I struck against a rock alongside a road while driving my bike down the hill. Now I can not sit without using this pad to balance myself and provide support to my butt.
