Tough Ab Workout

Trying to get used to this machine. Many people I know own this ab coaster and all of them are quite satisfied with this and even I am seeing the tightening of my stomach by using this machine. I am using the Ab Coaster for about a month and can notice affects on my abs. The only thing is that I soon get tired while exercising on it. But anyways, I am happy to see myself getting back in shape and thus would recommend this machine highly.
