  • Solid construction using 2" X 3", 12-gauge steel tubing.
  • Comfortable seat and seat back use 2" thick, high density foam, covered in black vinyl with upholstered back covers.

Perfect Addition to my personal gym

I already had a smith machine at my personal gym, but just needed a bench to be used with it. I searched fitness4homeonline store for any good option and ordered this BodyCraft F320 pop-pin system bench that could take flat, inclined or declined positions and features comfortable seats.

Basic but believe you me, it gets the job done.

The F320 Flat/Incline/Decline Pop Pin System is a multi utility bench and it is the only bench that gets fitted into any Smith Machine or Rack system. I found it great because when the bench slides back, it can be converted into a dumbbell bench. Now I can enjoy various training exercises at this single system.
