Nothing beats this for daily workouts
Review by Michelle Melendez on Jan 20, 2012; 12:50pm PST
For my daily workouts I bought this bench and found it to be an astonishingly useful piece of equipment that catered to all my exercise needs. It is specifically designed to fit in all Smith machines and racks. It is equipped with 8 position seat pad and 6 position ladder style back pad adjustment and so my other family members are also using it easily.

Some Assembly Required
Review by John Carmichael on Jan 20, 2012; 12:50pm PST
I was very excited when I ordered this Body Solid bench, but I must say that it was delivered after 15 days of my placing the order. Then I encountered problems while assembling the unit because I have not assembled any such machines in my life before. Yeah, now it is a part of my gym and am just satisfied with its functioning.

Value for the Money!
Review by Vivian Kellum on Jan 20, 2012; 12:50pm PST
My regular abs exercise routine required a sturdy and flexible unit that would support my back and lower parts without giving much pain to my body. I bought this flat incline decline bench and believe me I really found it a "value for the money".
