Very easy on the back

It's been over a month since I have been using this semi-recumbent ab bench, I can say that this is a good workout machine for me as I have chronic back pain. I am happy to use it as it helps me do workouts without even bending my back. It is not at all bad for the money it is tagged with.

This is an excellent decline bench.

The roller pads in the bench are pretty cushioned which gives comfortable seat. This is the best workout machine for me as I have chronic back pain since long; it helps me doing workout without even bending my back. I am happy to use it. It is not at all bad for the money it is tagged with.

Comfortable, Challenging Ab Exercise

Comfort personified is what I call my semi-recumbent ab bench. It not only helps strengthen my abs, but also I can feel the much needed change that my whole body required for a long time. All you need is to block off a little time each day and perform as many crunches as your body allows.
