Expensive but worh it

I am very excited to have this abdominal exercise machine to make myself fit though it is little expensive but I liked the quality and its effectiveness. This machine works on our abs from bottom to upwards unlike other machine which is a feature that I liked very much. The assembly was too easy that I started exercising the same day it was delivered to me.

My Abs say "Thanks!"

Kudos to my new abdominal exercise machine, as I have started to see results within the first few weeks of its use. It looks a little complicated, but when you get to workout with it you can feel a change in your body almost instantly. It's a little expensive, but a worth while buy and helps reduce the risk of injury.

Really works your abs

This ab coaster is just awesome and both me and my husband love it. The best part about it out was that it was much easier to assemble and use compared to our other home gym machines. This ab coaster completed our home gym. It's tough to stay on it for a long time, but I am slowly improving. I can feel the difference between this and other ab exercises.
